Had a very nice stay during our trip. The local staff were fairly friendly. We had the guest room and it was spotless with a nice balcony. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Palermo. This hotel was located in a shopping area.

Hotel was comfortable, rooms were newly remodelled and silent. The breakfast was lovely exactly as I hoped, with fresh pastries and fresh fruits. The total experience was real good, I would recomand.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the Christmas markets and attractions. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Another thing I liked about the hotel was the friendly staff. They were always willing to help and answer any questions we had. They even gave us some great recommendations for local holiday activities.
The room was a disappointment. It was quite small and cramped, with outdated furniture.
